GUARANTEE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE

Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the appliance and is non-transferable to third parties.

Coverage
The guarantee covers the repair or replacement of defective spare parts. Small and portable appliances must be brought to the workshop by the client for service.

Authorized Service
The guarantee will be void if the appliance is serviced by anyone other than an authorized representative of the Distributor.

Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:
A. Body parts made of plastic, ceramic, glass, rubber, vitreous enamel, lamps, ignition candles, gas burner parts, or light bulbs.
B. Rust or corrosion issues.
C. Appliances with the product label or serial number removed or tampered with.
D. Electrical or plumbing work required for proper installation.
E. Faults caused by defective gas regulators or cylinders.
F. Faults arising from power supply fluctuations or any other electricity-related issues.
G. Products used for purposes other than their intended use (e.g., commercial vs. domestic use).

Retention of Guarantee
The customer is required to retain the guarantee during the specified period and present it to our technicians upon request. If the guarantee is not presented, the customer will be required to pay for the service call and any applicable spare parts.

Inspection Upon Delivery
The client is requested to thoroughly check all newly delivered items for any damages. Once the order form is signed, the client acknowledges that the product has been received in satisfactory condition.
