We offer a 15 day returns guarantee.
Product Must be factory packed

Products must have all original packing and accessories.

During the first 15 Days we will check the item and if it is faulty we will refund or replace the product (NOT REPAIR).

If you’ve had it more than 15 days we’ll happily to check what is the problem with your product.

In that case please contact us.

– Paid Cash on Delivery – you’ll receive a bank cheque by post.
– Paid online by credit or debit card – we’ll trigger the refund back to the same card.
– Paid with PayPal online – We’ll trigger the refund back to the same PayPal Account.

As soon as we receive the item back to the Uniplu warehouse, we’ll start the refund process.

All refunds will be processed Usually in about 2-3 weeks.

You can find your proof of purchase from your Uniplu Dashboard Account

Then just give visit here and find your order and submit your claim.
